Job Description

Support the day-to-day management of audio and influencer campaigns across radio, podcast, YouTube, social and streaming platforms.
Coordinate all campaign deliverables, timelines, and vendor communications to ensure smooth execution.
Track campaign performance data weekly and help identify trends, pacing variances, and optimization opportunities.
Review post logs, insertion orders, and performance reports to verify accuracy and completeness before client submission.
Partner with the Media and Analytics teams to reconcile spend, ensure reporting integrity, and maintain alignment across Strata, Looker, and internal dashboards.
Assist with the preparation of weekly performance summaries, client decks, and campaign recaps that highlight key insights and learnings.
Monitor pacing and spend accuracy across campaigns, escalating discrepancies to the Account Director or Media Lead as needed.
Coordinate talent onboarding and fulfillment processes, ensuring all creative assets, samples, and read instructions are delivered on schedule.
Maintain organized campaign documentation — including IOs, logs, performance data, and reconciliation records.
Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.
