Lifecycle & Partner Marketing Strategy - Develops and executes personalized, data-driven journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and retention.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies and activations.
Applies knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to orchestrate cross‑functional martech capabilities, increasing speed to market and optimizing campaign timing for stronger results.
Crafts compelling communications and marketing assets that resonate with members and next-generation consumers and drive sustained pointable activity
Oversees external agency relationships, including creative and consulting partners, from briefing through to execution.
Manages marketing budgets effectively and ensures alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major.
Eight or more years’ relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional team leadership experience.

Preferred

Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs, lifecycle marketing and/or promotions.
Expertise in managing end to end marketing campaign development.
