Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, brand identity, and audience preferences, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Content Planning and Execution: Create and manage detailed content calendars and write the majority of copy for social posts, maintaining consistency in posting, messaging, and seasonal or event-based content.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social conversations, engage with audiences, and foster brand loyalty through thoughtful and timely interactions.
Social Listening: Leverage tools to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and brand sentiment, identifying opportunities for brand advocacy, PR, or crisis management.
Analytics and Reporting: Gather data and create client reports using tools like PowerPoint to highlight campaign successes and provide actionable insights.
Adaptability: Respond quickly to on-the-fly requests from clients or internal teams, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Insights and Optimization: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to continuously innovate new plans, while refining and optimizing strategies for greater impact.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with bonus points for broader digital marketing expertise.
Remote Location: Though we are a fully remote company, we require team members to live in one of the following states: NY, CA, MA, OR, TX, GA, FL, MO, AZ, or NC
Exceptional Writing Skills: A dynamic and versatile writer with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy for various social media platforms. You should excel at Instagram captions, engaging comments, and other forms of modern social media communication. You’ll take direction from our lead copywriter, master the client’s brand voice, and write content that resonates with luxury audiences.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and fluency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Keynote, Google Apps, and social analytics platforms like Sprinklr.
Social Media Passion: A genuine passion for social media, demonstrated by a deep personal engagement with trends, influencers, and the brands you follow. You’re the type of person who’s always exploring the latest platform updates and trends.
