Job Summary

Own the core customer growth and engagement loop by turning cohort insights into targeted engagement programs and end-to-end campaigns that improve retention and happiness across the user base.

Deep-dive cohort analytics: define segments and track retention signals to uncover growth opportunities.
Lifecycle engagement: own newsletters, journals, and content to nurture activation and ongoing loyalty.
End-to-end growth experiments: design, prioritize, execute, and analyze campaigns to lift activation, retention, and loyalty.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.
Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase customer happiness.
Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).
Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.

Requirements

Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.
Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience. You are good with numbers.
You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
