Job Description

Own the end-to-end GTM for Splunk Platform and AI offerings, shaping market strategy, positioning, and launch excellence to deliver differentiated value.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Define and lead GTM strategies for on-prem and Cloud offerings, including target markets, personas, positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Product Vision & Strategy Influence: Influence product roadmap with PM/Engineering using market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Launch Excellence & Operational Rigor: Ensure launch readiness with standard methodologies, BOM delivery, and tight timeline execution.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor cloud-native platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, observability, and cybersecurity to inform differentiation.
Messaging, Positioning & Value Proposition: Develop clear, differentiated messaging for Platform and AI products.
Sales Enablement & Readiness: Equip sales and partners with playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and training materials.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Align PM, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for cohesive strategy and execution.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Splunk in content, speaking engagements, and industry events to build brand and demand.
