Develop integrated campaigns that connect social, influencer, experiential, and retail marketing initiatives.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks across social media, influencer, creator, community, experiential, and advocacy programs.
Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, PR, Sales, Retail Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment across all consumer-facing initiatives.
Manage agency partners and external vendors while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay ahead of emerging social trends, platform updates, creator partnerships, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing.
Proven success developing and executing social media and influencer strategies for a consumer-facing brand.
Experience leading creator partnerships, talent relationships, and influencer campaigns at scale.
Strong understanding of today's social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystem.
Experience planning and executing consumer events, experiential marketing programs, and retail activations.
Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs, measuring campaign performance, and translating insights into action.
