Own and scale Feit’s digital commerce across six brands, turning Amazon, DTC, and marketplaces into a self-sustaining growth engine while driving a meaningful share of total revenue.

Own multi-year digital strategy and P&L with annual plans, forecasts, and executive reporting.
Lead Amazon and marketplace ad execution and co-create retailer-media and social/affiliate programs with Marketing.
Shape a cross-functional digital roadmap with Marketing and Sales to diversify away from brick-and-mortar and drive cross-brand performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities - The Director of Ecommerce owns the digital commerce strategy and P&L across Feit’s multi-brand portfolio, Feit, LIFX, Cree at Lowe’s, Good Earth Lighting, USI, and private label, spanning Amazon (1P/3P), DTC (lifx.com and international), the Feit B2B Portal, retailer dot-coms, and emerging marketplaces. - The role owns Amazon and marketplace ad execution, partners with the Director of Digital Marketing on retailer.com retail media and on social, influencer, and affiliate program selection, and owns the commerce-attributed outcomes from those programs. - The mission: build digital into a self-sustaining growth engine that diversifies Feit's revenue base away from brick-and-mortar concentration, in close partnership with channel sales, marketing, and operations. - Reports to: VP of Sales - Direct Reports: Digital team across DTC, Marketplace, Sales Operations, Advertising, Analytics - Own the multi-year digital strategy and full P&L (revenue, margin, media, fees, fulfillment, contribution margin), including annual plans, forecasts, and executive reporting. - Lead the digital pillar of Feit Electric’s growth plan, with explicit targets for digital as a share of total company revenue; set channel architecture and digital pricing strategy with Sales and Brand. - Partner directly with channel sales leaders for each major retailer to set joint digital strategy, integrate digital into the company’s plan, and align on shared revenue and share goals. - Co-develop the digital roadmap with Marketing, translating brand strategy into commerce strategy across Feit, LIFX, Good Earth, USI, and Cree, and serve as the senior digital voice in top-retailer meetings. - Own Amazon (1P/3P), DTC (lifx.com and international Shopify), the Feit B2B Portal, and collaborate with retailer dot-coms, driving performance across content, retail media, digital shelf, and joint planning with channel sales. - Evaluate and operationalize emerging marketplaces where the economics support the diversification thesis. - Own ad execution for Amazon and marketplace channels, partner with Marketing on retailer.com retail media, with clear TACoS, ROAS, NTB%, and efficiency targets by brand and channel. - Co-develop full-funnel planning and brand-vs-performance allocation with Marketing for retailer.com retail media, tied to channel and retailer outcomes. - Own in-house vs. agency mix for Amazon and marketplace ad execution. - Work with Marketing on program selection for social commerce, influencer programs, and affiliate/creator commerce; Own execution of commerce-attributed outcomes from these programs. - Own the portfolio of Amazon tooling, marketplace SaaS, ecommerce performance vendors, and listing optimization tools, setting scope, KPIs, scorecards, fee structures, and governance. - Lead RFPs, negotiations, and renewals; hold partners accountable to P&L-tied outcomes and build a single integrated stack across brands, eliminating redundancies. - Own commerce requirements for the DTC roadmap, informed by ecommerce strategy. Partner with Marketing & IT on the broader multi-year roadmap, including brand, CRM, social/influencer/affiliate platforms, and site experience. - Drive site experience improvements across search, PDP, checkout, and post-purchase. - Lead, develop, and scale an organization to focus on digital growth and channel execution: channel management, DTC, Amazon and marketplace ad execution, commerce-attributed influencer and affiliate outcomes, content, analytics, and omnichannel sales ops across brands for digital channels.
