Assist with campaign guidance, delivery, pacing, and performance monitoring.
Support day-to-day account operations, including troubleshooting issues and managing campaigns or account requests.
Assist with internal and external communications to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Support client onboarding by collecting relevant data and maintaining account trackers and organizational systems.
Provide excellent support to ensure suppliers have a best-in-class experience with Walmart Connect.
Partner with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of supplier campaigns.
Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and processes.
Stay up to date on Walmart Connect products, digital media industry trends, and evolving advertising solutions.
Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by proactively learning and sharing discoveries.
Engage as a collaborative, solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
2-4 years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, or related field.
Understanding of traditional and digital media elements; familiarity with advertising channels such as social, display, mobile, search, and programmatic is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Desire to work in a client-facing role with a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred

Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.
Optionally: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
