  • Content Ownership: Build and manage the social content calendar, post creation, captions, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
  • Community & Partnerships: Develop relationships with local businesses, influencers, universities, and community partners to grow reach and credibility.
  • Promotions & Events: Plan campaigns, seasonal promos, giveaways, and community events to drive engagement and footfall.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Capture photos and videos of the spa, services, staff, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Edit short-form videos and Reels using platforms like CapCut, Canva, or similar software
  • Plan and schedule weekly social media content
  • Write engaging captions that reflect the Auroral brand voice
  • Respond to social media comments and messages as needed
  • Develop promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing ideas
  • Coordinate giveaways, contests, and community events
  • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, universities, and community partners
  • Assist with email marketing and promotional materials
