Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
Assess and evaluate social media calendars across business units to determine the best-fit content for master brand channels
Assist in the development and maintenance of the master-brand social content calendar
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling and posting
Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience engagement
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality content
Partner with internal teams to amplify campaigns, events, and key initiatives
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading social media strategies for a brand, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
Proven experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategies
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native insights
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
