Responsibilities

• Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships that will entertain and engage action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans as well as comic fans
• Assist with a large volume of short-form video content to be distributed via TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Write copy for our owned-and-operated channels based on our brand personality
• Assist with marketing campaigns and operations of our Ambassador community
• Recommend new influencers based on audience demographics, social media metrics, and content styles
• Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, CreatorIQ)
• Help optimize YouTube thumbnails, video titles, and video descriptions for owned-and-operated and influencer channels
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• You’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming
• You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• You’re overflowing with social media ideas based on pop culture, memes, and stories
• You thrive on producing entertaining, trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences
• You can work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail
