Job Description

Responsibilities

Devise and produce short-video content for the brand’s TikTok account, covering scriptwriting, shooting guidance and post-editing follow-up, to boost organic traffic and user engagement.
Take charge of the full live streaming workflow: live session theme planning, script drafting, on-live pace control, streamer coordination and real-time data monitoring (GMV, conversion rate, watch duration, etc.).
Keep track of platform trending topics and competitor operational tactics, continuously optimize content strategies to drive follower growth and strengthen brand influence online.
Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, including product listing, campaign enrollment, promotion setup, inventory alignment and after-sales coordination.
Plan and roll out major store promotions (e.g., Mega Live, seasonal campaigns), and lift GMV via pricing tactics and bundled marketing solutions.
Leverage backend analytics tools (GPM, CTOR, ROI, etc.) to analyze the sales funnel, propose optimization plans and implement them on the ground.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communication, New Media, Advertising or related fields are preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in brand operation, content planning or e-commerce operation; candidates with hands-on TikTok operation experience take priority.
Content & Communication Competence: Familiar with the full short-video production pipeline, capable of independently planning and delivering complete videos from topic ideation to final cut; solid copywriting skills and strong visual aesthetics.
Live-stream E-commerce Know-how: Clear understanding of live-stream conversion logic; prior experience in live-stream support, on-air moderation or live operation; practical proficiency with TikTok Shop backend modules (Affiliate Program, coupons, product cards, etc.).
Data Analytics Skills: Skilled in Excel or data dashboards; able to make data-driven decisions for content and daily operations.
Communication & Stress Resistance: Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese with cross-cultural communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, and coordinate work aligned with US working hours based in China.

Preferred

Proven track record of launching and scaling TikTok accounts from scratch or delivering remarkable GMV growth independently.
In-depth knowledge of social media landscapes in China and the US, with prior experience in Chinese brands’ overseas expansion projects.
Basic proficiency in design & editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere) or AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
