Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Create compelling content that speaks to children (ages 6-12), their parents & caregivers, and the retailers that carry or anre interested in carrying our brand.
Tell the Earth Grown KidDoughs story in a way that reflects our premium boutique brand while remaining fun, approachable, and engaging.
Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple platforms.
Build meaningful engagement with our customers, retail partners, and online community.
Manage influencer relationships and collaborations, including national marketing campaigns.
Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms where our brand should have a presence.
Collaborate with our internal team to develop campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and retailer features.
Work alongside our remote professional photographer and graphic designer to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life.
Track performance metrics and continually optimize content based on results.

Requirements

Have experience managing and growing social media accounts for consumer brands.
Understand what resonates with parents and family-focused audiences.
Have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and premium branding.
Know how to create content that feels authentic rather than overly promotional.
Are comfortable appearing behind the scenes directing content or even occasionally in front of the camera if needed.
Understand influencer marketing and know how to build genuine partnerships.
Stay ahead of social media trends and enjoy experimenting with new ideas.
Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
Are organized, proactive, and excited to take ownership of a growing brand's online presence.
