Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and implement marketing plans and systems aligned with business objectives.
Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, etc.).
Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign performance.
Develop marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, promotional materials, email campaigns, and presentations.
Design and produce creative assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, display ads, brochures, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms; create and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance to drive growth and engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, design best practices, social media platforms, and technologies.

Requirements

Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong eye for design and the ability to develop innovative and visually engaging marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of print production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles.
Expert understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to effectively manage and grow brand presence.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, design software, and analytics platforms.
