Own paid social performance across Meta and TikTok campaigns, monitor and optimize in collaboration with the team, and drive cross-channel insights and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, with supporting involvement in Google Ads and emerging channels
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Implement optimizations to bids, budgets, audiences, creative, and campaigns based on direction and collaborative discussion with the broader team
  • Manage day-to-day budget pacing across campaigns and communicate any issues or reallocation needs proactively
  • Maintain the development of audience targeting strategies, retargeting funnels, and A/B testing plans
  • Assist with cross-channel performance reporting and help surface actionable insights from the data
  • Participate in team discussions around strategy, contributing observations and learnings from hands-on campaign management
  • Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to ensure paid media execution aligns with product launches, promotions, and campaign calendars
  • Stay current on platform updates and trends across paid social, and share relevant findings with the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with a strong foundation in Meta and TikTok
  • Proven track record of running successful paid social campaigns that have driven measurable results across key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC
  • Some exposure to Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max) — full proficiency not required, but a willingness to learn is essential
  • Experience supporting performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands
  • Solid understanding of core performance metrics and how to use data to inform day-to-day optimizations
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team setting and taking direction while also contributing ideas and observations
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with creative performance analysis and UGC-style content
  • Exposure to reporting and attribution tools such as Triple Whale or GA4

Preferred

  • Jewelry industry experience a plus
