Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and protect the TORQ brand across every customer touchpoint
Lead our organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Capture content on job sites including before & afters, customer testimonials, crew highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage
Film, edit, and publish short-form content that drives engagement and leads
Build recurring content series instead of one-off posts
Work alongside leadership to launch new products, promotions, recruiting campaigns, and market expansions
Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager on paid advertising creative and campaign assets
Create marketing materials including brochures, sales collateral, presentations, signage, apparel, and trade show displays
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
Maintain consistency across all digital and print marketing

Requirements

3+ years of experience in branding, creative marketing, or content creation
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
Experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working both in the office and on active job sites
Ability to think creatively while executing quickly
Self-starter with an ownership mentality who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Preferred

Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or related industries is a plus
