Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy and development across digital paid media and .com landing pages, ensuring assets are data-informed, brand-aligned, and KPI-driven.
Develop and manage our Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) program, partnering to launch and refine personalized variations at scale.
Use audience insights, brand RTBs, and performance data to oversee creative development for resonant content.
Drive collaboration across Brand, Media, and CRM teams to develop creative for distinct audiences.
Align creative concepts and oversee copywriting to reflect media targeting, formats, and opportunities with brand tone.
Seek automation opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends and personalization techniques.
Partner with Media, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure data-enabled, technically sound creative strategies.
Establish and manage a creative testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests.
Own creative performance reporting and translate learnings into senior-level presentations.
Own program documents, including briefs, statuses, and budget trackers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
7+ years of experience in creative automation or digital marketing for national or multi-location brands
Proven track record of DCO programs with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Innovid/Flashtalking, Clinch, Smartly, Meta, or The Trade Desk
Deep understanding of creative data feeds, dynamic templates, and audience-based personalization
Ability to build relationships with creative, media, and technology partners and translate data into direction
Understanding of dynamic ad platforms, data integrations, and production workflows for personalized creative
Strong multi-project management skills with independent, clear communication and craft
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and view campaigns as learning opportunities
Analytical meets Creative: comfortable interpreting dashboards and brainstorming concepts
Curious and Experimental: thrives on testing and optimization
