Oversee content creation across social media, email marketing, and digital initiatives.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging content, campaign concepts, and marketing strategies that drive results.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth, and present insights in a way clients can actually get excited about.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and sales.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools to bring fresh ideas to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Canva
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
Experience working with consumer brands, toys, gift, home, or lifestyle products
Photography and/or videography experience
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
