Job Description

Responsibilities

Email marketing and campaign execution. Building, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns that include newsletters fundraising appeeals, and event promotion.
Website management and optimization. Maintain and improve a portfolio of websites and P2P fundraising platforms.
Ensure successful UX, implement site improvements, and optimize for audience engagement, conversion, and accessibility.
Track and analyze performance across email, web, and digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and platform reporting.
Manage projects while maintaining communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners.

Requirements

4 – 6 Years of experience in digital production, email marketing, web development, or closely related experience.
Hand-on experience building and deploying email campaigns, using automation platforms like Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.
Experience managing and updating websites using content management systems like WordPress.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Other dynamic web application languages such as JSP, PHP, XSLT, and AJAX a plus.
Must be comfortable publishing content related to sexual health, harm reduction, and HIV prevention and treatment. SFAF's key audiences include gay and bi men, people who use drugs, queer people of color, and trans and gender non-conforming people.
