Job Summary

Own the end-to-end game highlight narrative: pull top plays, choreograph clips, and drive social amplification with MLB Network and partners, while leading a small content team and tying sponsorships to highlight franchises.

Own the highlights production flow from clip identification to posting, coordinating MLB Network and internal teams.
Lead live and post-game highlight production, social amplification, and sponsorship-franchise management.
Track performance, iterate content strategy, and align with leadership on execution.

Job Description

Execute social content to maximize partner visibility

Oversee paid amplification and campaign execution
Monitor performance and track analytics

Requirements

Minimum of 1–2 years in video production, social media management, paid social campaigns, or sports coverage experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop; AE/Illustrator a plus)
Experience with Slate or similar publishing tools
Work a minimum of 35 hours per week

Preferred

BA in Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Understanding of ESPN rights/limitations
Knowledge of Virtual Advertising (EVI) tracking & insertion
