Responsibilities

Content & Copy Engine: Craft cross-channel copy for paid social (TikTok, Meta), email campaigns, DTC website pages, Amazon listings, retail signage, and product packaging.
Creative Collaboration: Brainstorm with junior to mid-level designers and art directors to develop platform-native creative concepts.
Tech-to-Human Translation: Convert product data and engineering features into benefit-driven copy that resonates with consumers.
AI-Native Workflow: Leverage LLMs to brainstorm angles, generate variations, and speed up the creative process.
Voice and Tone: Maintain and evolve brand voices across the SharkNinja portfolio for consistency.
Own Your Work: Manage multiple fast-turning projects, iterating quickly with feedback while preserving creative spark.

Requirements

1–3 Years of Copywriting Experience: Portfolio school graduates, agency interns, or junior in-house writers welcome; consumer products, tech, or lifestyle experience a plus.
A Punchy, Versatile Portfolio: Demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, short-form storytelling, and platform-aware differences (email headlines vs TikTok hooks).
Grammar Geek with a Human Touch: Flawless editing and conversational writing style.
Curious and Tech-Forward: Willing to learn new tools; sees AI as a brainstorming partner.
Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Adaptable, proactive, and deadline-driven with a love for testing and quick pivots.
