Requirements

Proven experience writing for Shopify or B2B SaaS companies
Strong understanding of eCommerce
Experience writing technical software content
Experience creating website copy, landing pages, and blogs
Excellent persuasive copywriting skills
Ability to learn complex software products quickly
Strong understanding of customer retention and post-purchase marketing
Excellent English writing and editing skills

Preferred

Experience writing for Shopify apps or merchants
Familiarity with companies such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, AfterShip, or similar platforms
