Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing consultant for up to 13 financial advisors.
• Develop customized marketing strategies aligned to each advisor's business goals, target audience, and growth objectives.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify advisor needs and recommend strategic marketing solutions.
• Lead recurring strategy meetings to present recommendations, campaign results, and ongoing opportunities.
• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels.
• Create content pillars and messaging strategies.
• Write and edit marketing copy for email, social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy, messaging, and coordination of creative assets.
• Support social media marketing initiatives and content distribution strategies.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns by developing ad copy and contributing to campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Experience creating marketing plans from strategy through implementation and measurement.
• Strong knowledge of: Content marketing, Social media marketing, Email marketing, Website content and optimization, SEO fundamentals, Paid advertising concepts, Lead generation strategies
• Experience managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading presentations and facilitating strategic discussions.
• Ability to think critically and respond confidently to client questions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Broadridge, FMG, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing reporting tools.
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, or other highly regulated industries.
• Understanding of event marketing and webinar promotion.
