Responsibilities

Serve as the executive strategic lead and trusted advisor for key client relationships, providing senior-level counsel on omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, and digital transformation.
Lead the development of enterprise and brand-level omnichannel strategies that align business objectives, customer needs, and channel best practices.
Advise clients on modern marketing capabilities, data-driven engagement models, personalization, CRM strategy, and marketing technology investments.
Translate business and customer insights into integrated engagement plans, channel strategies, customer journeys, and measurement frameworks.
Lead strategic workshops, executive presentations, and planning sessions that align cross-functional stakeholders around growth opportunities.
Champion data-informed decision making by leveraging analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Partner closely with Brand Strategy to translate positioning and messaging into connected omnichannel experiences.
Collaborate with CXOE, Technology, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure strategic recommendations are executable and measurable.
Identify opportunities to expand strategic engagements within existing accounts, contributing to organic growth and long-term client partnerships.
Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, AI, customer engagement technologies, and evolving healthcare marketing best practices to bring forward innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, customer engagement, or customer experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Significant experience within a healthcare advertising or marketing agency, preferably supporting AOR engagements.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale omnichannel strategies for complex pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
Proven experience managing and growing high-performing strategic teams.
Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Demonstrated success leading strategic components of new business pursuits, including pitches, RFPs, workshops, and proposal development.
Experience driving agency growth through strategic consulting, account expansion, and thought leadership.
Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement planning, customer journey mapping, segmentation, CRM, marketing automation, personalization, and digital analytics.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence across cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational environments.
