Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and manage product communications, partner communications, and related PLM deliverables for product launches, enhancements, changes, and ongoing maintenance.
Manage Owner’s Acknowledgement forms, including content drafting, ArcPro template development, updates, maintenance, and required revisions.
Coordinate product-related forms and application content updates to align with approved product positioning, disclosures, and customer/advisor-facing language.
Translate product strategy, features, rules, and positioning into accurate customer, advisor, operational, and technology-facing content in partnership with Product Line Managers.
Assess product change impacts across communications, documentation, forms, applications, disclosures, websites, statements, systems, and partner materials.
Track launch readiness activities, including communications, approvals, documentation updates, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Manage communication-related workstreams for Product Line Managers by organizing deliverables, documenting decisions, and tracking dependencies.
Maintain consistent product terminology, naming conventions, and messaging across customer, advisor, operational, technology, and partner touchpoints.
Maintain governance reference materials for approved product names, terminology, messaging standards, and usage guidance.
Identify inconsistent, outdated, or unclear product language and coordinate updates to improve accuracy, clarity, and usability.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required: 3+ years of experience in communications, product management, content governance, or a related business function.
Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear customer and advisor-facing language.
Required: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Required: Experience collaborating across business units and functions.
Required: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Required: Commitment to confidentiality and professional communication.

Preferred

Preferred: Financial services, insurance, annuity, or investment industry experience.
Preferred: Experience with regulated communication review and approval workflows involving Legal, Compliance, Advertising Review, or similar stakeholders.
Preferred: Experience maintaining product communications, documentation inventories, content governance tools, or product management systems.
Preferred: Experience applying technology solutions to streamline processes
