Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, animate, and edit motion and video content (both in-social platform and with professional tools) for OLV, iMedia, and social.
  • Cut down and adapt influencer and UGC content into a range of formats, aspect ratios, and durations tailored to each channel.
  • Create original animated visuals that elevate our brand’s creative expression.
  • Use AI tools to generate, extend, and adapt visual assets efficiently.
  • Help build and refine workflows that accelerate the team's ability to produce, iterate, and scale creative.
  • Build and maintain adaptation systems that turn campaigns and content calendars into consistent assets across every digital touchpoint.
  • Produce, resize, and reformat creative across platforms and audiences while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Capture photography and videography in support of brand and campaign needs, whether on location, in office, or in agile shoot environments including on-device (iPhone) capture for organic content.
  • Bring a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling to both original capture and post-production.
  • Design intuitive, on-brand experiences for .com, CRM journeys, digital commerce tiles, and web and app experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Motion Design, Animation, UX/UI Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in the core areas of Digital Design. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery. A case study that demonstrates design process is essential.
  • Experience in creative execution, motion design, video editing, UX/UI, or digital design roles.
  • Strong animation and video editing skills, with experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro as well as fluency in other Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong UI design skills with proven experience designing for web, app, email, or digital commerce environments.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including the use of components and design systems to enable content adaptation at scale.
  • Photography and videography skills, comfortable behind the camera and understanding of lighting fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly and curiosity for how AI is reshaping creative production.
  • Experience creating external-facing digital content across a combination of Paid, Earned, Shared, or Owned channels.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and executing within established creative frameworks.

Preferred

  • Experience with Figma Weave, Figma Motion, or other emerging AI-native design and motion tools.
  • Familiarity with developer handoff practices for web and app builds.
  • Prior experience adapting influencer or creator content at scale.
  • Demonstrated success leading brand social campaigns from idea to activation.
