Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Initiate project briefs in Asana.
Support product launches by coordinating marketing assets, timelines, materials, and cross-functional deliverables.
Maintain master marketing calendars, product trackers, market-specific SKU spreadsheets, and other marketing documentation.
Track product offerings, promotional programs, and marketing assets across multiple markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for print, promotional merchandise, apparel, and production vendors.
Manage the sourcing, quoting, ordering, production, and delivery of printed marketing materials, retail point-of-sale, and branded merchandise.
Coordinate retail merchandise for our 13 dispensary locations.
Manage branded merchandise for the company's eCommerce store, working with vendors to source new products, obtain quotes, coordinate inventory, and oversee production timelines.
Research and recommend new promotional products, apparel, merchandise, and vendor partners that support brand initiatives and retail programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while tracking timelines and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, marketing coordination, merchandising, project coordination, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Experience coordinating with print vendors, promotional merchandise suppliers, or production partners is strongly preferred.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience coordinating with print vendors, promotional merchandise, or production partners is strongly preferred.
Experience with Asana (or similar project management software) preferred.
Exposure to brand marketing, consumer products, or product marketing is a plus.
