Responsibilities

Lead creative ideation and execution, ensuring excellence across all projects.
Partner with Accounts, Senior Creative Leadership, and Clients to develop brand personality, positioning, and briefs.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Manage client relationships, understanding their brand, messaging, and vision.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, possessing in-depth account knowledge.
Supervise and mentor ACD Copy and copy teams, guiding career development.
Ensure resource optimization, managing billability, productivity, and efficiency.
Elevate agency culture, participating in industry events and internal initiatives.
Embody creative leadership, strategic thinking, and inclusive management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field (preferred).
9+ years of experience in Marketing/Advertising.
Portfolio showcasing strong writing ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and agency-specific software.
Expertise in social media, digital best practices, and healthcare copywriting (AMA style).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mentorship and relationship-building abilities.
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and financial management skills.
Proven leadership and people management abilities.
Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. $160,000-$220,000
