Job Description

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of field canvassers responsible for generating qualified leads through door-to-door outreach.
Performance Management: Set daily/weekly goals, track KPIs, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
Coaching & Development: Provide on-the-ground support, shadow team members, and conduct skill development sessions to elevate team effectiveness.
Route Planning: Create and assign territory maps for canvassing shifts using company tools.
Lead Oversight: Ensure lead quality by reviewing submissions and providing feedback in real-time.
Reporting & Communication: Deliver daily performance summaries to leadership and participate in weekly team meetings.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and onboarding new canvassers to maintain a full team.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or face-to-face lead generation.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and drive results.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and route-mapping tools.
Attitude: High energy, reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented.
Mobility: Ability to walk and canvass for extended periods and work in varied weather conditions.
Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends based on peak outreach times.
