Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop full-funnel paid social media plans across Meta and TikTok, including channel and budget allocation by funnel stage (awareness, consideration, conversion), flighting, and pacing, translating brand and business goals into an actionable media strategy before execution begins.
Own day to day paid social buying, budget pacing, and optimization across Meta (primary) and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC accounts.
Build and manage campaign structures, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to hit CPA, CAC and ROAS targets across the funnel.
Serve as the account's Meta subject matter expert, staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and new ad formats, and translating them into action before competitors catch on.
Partner with creative and content teams to develop ad briefs grounded in what's actually working in the account, closing the loop between performance data and creative production.
Design and run a disciplined creative testing roadmap (concepts, hooks, formats, angles), setting up tests correctly, reading results rigorously, and turning findings into next round briefs.
Diagnose account and creative fatigue early, and prescribe specific fixes (new creative, audience refresh, structural changes) rather than just flagging the problem.
Present paid social performance, insights, and recommendations directly to clients in weekly status meetings, owning the paid social narrative and fielding client questions in real time.
Lead new client onboarding and setup within Meta and TikTok campaign managers, including account structure, pixel/conversions API implementation, and audience build-out (custom, lookalike, and CDP-sourced first-party segments) using connected CDP tools
Bring hands on AI acumen to the role, using AI tools to accelerate creative briefing, reporting, QA, and account audits, and proactively identifying where automation can replace manual, repetitive work.

Requirements

4 to 6+ years of hands on paid social buying experience, with deep, demonstrable Meta Ads Manager expertise as the core of your skillset.
2+ years of management experience.
Comfortable presenting directly to clients in a live setting (e.g., weekly status calls), not just producing written reports.

Preferred

Working buying experience on LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and Snapchat are preferred.
