Responsibilities
- Represent brands during in-store promotions and live marketing events
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain key features
- Initiate friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers
- Educate customers on promotions, services, or special offers
- Create a positive, memorable brand experience
- Assist interested customers with sign-ups, samples, or purchases
- Maintain an enthusiastic and professional presence
- Track interactions and promotional results
- Collaborate with team members to maximize campaign impact
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- High energy and positive attitude
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Ability to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Preferred
- Experience in promotions, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
