Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior leader on the Integrated Communications team, providing strategic direction and mentorship across accounts
Lead the development of integrated social media strategies that unify organic content, influencer marketing, and paid amplification
Translate client business goals—particularly in B2B industries—into social strategies that drive measurable performance
Lead influencer strategies: identifying and vetting creators, developing campaign concepts, negotiating and managing contracts, owning budgets and reporting on performance
Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to develop cross-functional campaigns rooted in cultural relevance and platform fluency
Define success metrics aligned to client KPIs (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversions, etc.) and lead performance optimizations
Bring platform insights, audience behaviors, and social engagement trends to clients and internal teams
Supervises and mentors mid-level and junior team members: sets goals, assigns work, and manages performance through ongoing 1:1 coaching and structured reviews
Advise on channel mix, audience segmentation, content formats, and platform-specific best practices for organic social media assets
Collaborate with media team on paid social assets that will perform both organically, with boosting, and as part of a paid social campaign

Requirements

10+ years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or integrated digital planning, preferably within an agency environment
Demonstrated expertise in integrating organic and paid social, with a strong understanding of social media platform capabilities
Experience leading B2B accounts, especially in building products or construction
Hands-on experience building and running influencer programs, including creator sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget management
Senior level marketer and communicator with the ability to gain client confidence
Passion for social media culture, platform innovation, and creator collaboration
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Occasional after-hours work to respond to time-sensitive client or platform needs
Ability to travel domestically during the work week
