Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across all social media platforms.
Create engaging photo and video content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
Host and produce Facebook Live sessions, bringing energy and authenticity to every broadcast.
Photograph products for the website, marketing materials, and campaigns.
Set up and style showroom mockups that inspire customers and showcase our offerings.
Merchandise the showroom to optimize the customer experience and visual appeal.
Stay ahead of social media trends and bring innovative, fresh ideas that differentiate our brand.
Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to align content with marketing and business goals.
Motivate and energize the team — making the workplace fun while keeping everyone focused on results.

Requirements

Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
Experience managing or contributing to brand social media presence.
Ability to support influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership programs as needed, including assisting with partner communications and collaboration logistics.
Comfortable participating in or helping lead external meetings with potential partners.
Able to assist with collaboration logistics such as managing partner data and processing orders.
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and collaboration events.
Must be available to work on site one Saturday a month

Preferred

Experience in visual merchandising or showroom styling.
Background in photography, videography, or video editing.
A passion for event styling and experiential design.
