Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
Manage website content, ensuring accurate representation of schedules, ticketing, and services. Leverage AI tools to create blog content and maximise SEO
Oversee email marketing campaigns to keep audiences informed and engaged.
Manage Google Ad Grants (Up to $10 000 USD / month in search spend)
Manage Google Ads ($20 000 annual spend)
Manage Meta / Tik Tok Ad Spend ($40 000 annual spend)
Demonstrate Return on Ad Spend of 5x-10x, Our focus for ads is to drive ticket sales
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute campaigns across platforms to engage audiences and drive ticket sales.
Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and reach.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging campaigns.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred

Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
Familiarity with the arts, cultural organizations, or family-oriented programming is an asset.
