Job Summary

Own the Brand Licensing Client Management Lifecycle, coordinating pre-sales, client launches, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration to bring new claims and awards to market while supporting sales with data-driven insights and process improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The brand manager will work closely with the regional sales team to support clients who have won and licensed Speedtest Awards and Marketing Claims.
They will coordinate and manage the Brand Licensing Client Management Lifecycle, including but not limited to:
Pre-sales support including client research, presentations, and claim opportunity assessment/prioritization
Client launch and asset management including on-boarding, collateral customization and delivery, claim guidance, social media assets, substantiation documents and creative feedback/approvals based on program guidelines
Coordinate and align timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launch
Proactively review market data to help determine the types of claims that clients could make and highlight possible claims to the sales team (pre-sales support) or to the client (post-sales support).
Cross-Functional:
Work alongside the sales and client services team to answer questions and provide support on awards and marketing-related inquiries.
Work alongside the Product, Marketing and Data teams to execute process improvements.
Collaborate with other program and product team members to bring new claims and awards to market.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in agency, media or brand partnerships account management role with track record of sales enablement/growth and direct client relationships
Background in Telecommunications industry (mobile or fixed internet)
Fluent in English and Spanish (must)
Understanding of internet connectivity technology and terminology, a plus
Understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning and GTM execution
Experience with licensing, brand partnerships (agency model) sales cycle, a must
Superior written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
Ability to identify and drive process improvements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, master’s degree preferred
