Responsibilities

Create flyers, graphics, and video content on Canva for social media platforms, print materials, website promotion, etc.
Photograph/video for content creation, accumulating both time-sensitive and evergreen content
Keep a calendar of upcoming social media posts up to date
Update media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for ITE and SSS TPrep
Assist in the creation and scheduling of ITE News Bites and other relevant newsletters
Maintain links and documents in program webpages and Linktree to ensure accuracy
Copywriting aimed towards different stakeholders through different media (i.e. social media, flyers, pamphlets, etc.)
Participate in project-specific activities (such as UB Summer Academy events) to ensure the public receives timely, accurate, and positive information about ITE as appropriate (i.e. writing press releases for significant changes, attending events and sharing photos/videos online, etc.)
Monitor groups on Flare app for appropriate activity
Perform any other such duties as necessary to support the program for the benefit of students and staff.
