Job Summary

Own the Health & Fitness Center social presence and content programs, driving engagement across channels, campaigns, and member communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Media (HFC-Exclusive Channels)
- Develop and schedule engaging content for the HFC's dedicated social media channels.
- Capture photos and short-form videos highlighting HFC members, classes, events, and facility amenities.
- Create reels, stories, and promotional videos for the HFC's social channels.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages on HFC channels as directed.
- Track social media performance and recommend strategies for increased HFC engagement.
Marketing & Communications (HFC-Specific)
- Design promotional flyers, posters, digital signage, and email graphics for HFC programs and events.
- Assist in creating HFC-specific newsletters, email campaigns, and member communications.
- Help maintain a consistent brand identity for the Health & Fitness Center across all HFC marketing materials.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using social media platforms professionally.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software preferred.
Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Interest in health, fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
