Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end campaign trafficking, scheduling, and deployment across digital, email and social channels.
Serve as the primary liaison between Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, and Martech teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure assets and messaging are tailored for each channel and audience segment.
Partner with Journey and Martech leads to ensure campaign assets align with targeting, personalization, and automation strategies in AJO, Marketo, and other platforms.
Support integrated campaign launches by coordinating final QA, approvals, and deployment readiness across teams.
Track and communicate campaign performance insights and learnings to stakeholders; contribute to post-launch reporting.
Maintain and document trafficking processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement in activation workflows.
Stay current on digital and channel marketing trends, applying best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Five (5) or more years of experience in channel marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Marketo, and project management tools preferred.
Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign management, including email, paid, web, and social.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear and proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. Marketo a plus.
Keen attention to detail and process discipline.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
