Job Summary

Own end-to-end project operations and data workflows, coordinating Jira and Salesforce activities, process documentation, and cross-functional alignment to keep initiatives on track and data accurate.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Jira ticket submission and lifecycle tracking for project requirements, keeping technical teams on schedule
Conduct manual Salesforce (SFDC) field audits, ensuring upstream (Marketing) data correctly flows into downstream (Sales) views
Monitor project timelines and blockers in real time, escalating issues to the Strategy Lead as needed
Map new workflows in Visio for emerging initiatives (e.g., "Fuel the Funnel") to give the team a visual guide for every project
Write clear, step-by-step SOPs and user guides that translate complex technical logic into easy-to-follow instructions for Sales and Marketing
Support creation of PowerPoint decks visualizing project goals, process changes, and data insights for leadership
Assist with targeted outbound data cleanup tied to demand generation performance issues
Lead the "manual lift" on solution implementation—coordinating meetings, contributing to solution design, and executing follow-up documentation, guides, and Jira tickets

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Jira (ticket creation, tracking, lifecycle management)
Working knowledge of Salesforce, particularly field-level data auditing
Strong process documentation skills (SOPs, user guides)
Experience with Visio or similar process-mapping tools
Proficiency in PowerPoint for stakeholder-facing decks
Excellent written communication—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams
Self-starter mentality with a solutions-first mindset

Preferred

Prior experience supporting Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Demand Generation functions
Familiarity with lead lifecycle/funnel stages in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving action items to completion
