- Produce and deliver communications across internal and external channels.
- Write and coordinate internal communications, including employee messaging and engagement initiatives.
- Develop external communications such as announcements, press materials, and brand messaging.
- Plan, write, and distribute internal and external newsletters.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral for presentations, sales collateral, brochures.
- Support Lead Generation Specialist through content creation (emails, landing pages, etc).
- Create consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in communications or content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for developing and editing marketing and communications materials.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling messaging.
- Experience managing multiple communication channels and projects.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred.
- Service industry experience (fire protection or security a plus).
