Job Description

Responsibilities

Own hands-on execution of large-scale email campaigns from strategy through launch
Build targeting strategies using lifecycle segmentation and predictive insights
Continuously analyze performance, set benchmarks, and recommend tests
QA all campaigns to ensure error-free execution
Analyze competitor programs for insights on offers, cadence, and targeting
Leverage platforms like Klaviyo, Figma, Notion, Attentive, Shopify apps, and other related platforms to support execution
Track and optimize daily and monthly performance against growth goals

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or retention marketing
1-3+ years of agency firm experience
Strong hands-on experience with ESPs (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Sendlane, etc.)
Experience working with SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript, Klaviyo)
Comfortable owning the email production process with minimal oversight
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
Confident communicator in client-facing environments
