Job Summary

Lead data exploration, sizing, and experimental design to size opportunities and drive targeted channel campaigns, while serving as the SME for product eligibility and ensuring legal/compliance alignment.

Own data-driven targeting from data exploration through pre-sizing analytics
Coordinate online and offline channel feeds and SME guidance for product eligibility
Translate requirements into detailed targeting specs and manage fast-paced priorities

Job Description

Offline/online channel management
Capturing strategic ideas, identifying key data sources, converting specifications into code, and running initial pre-sizing analytics of the opportunity
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product eligibility parameters of the particular product or service being targeted
Understand the permissible/legal use of the data used for targeting to ensure alignment with all necessary legal/risk/compliance expectations

Requirements

Basic understanding of relational database structures and principles
Basic exposure and/or experience using Python, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other database access tools with a strong desire to build even greater proficiency in these types of tools
Ability to build and interpret business requirements documents (BRD) and translate defined requirements into detailed targeting specifications
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable communicating complex issues to a wide variety of both technical and non-technical audiences, front line workers and senior executives in either one to one or group settings
Experience working in a fast-past environment and managing multiple priorities
Project management experience
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Preferred

Knowledge of direct marketing campaign process including DOE construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking
Experience working in the financial industry
Willing to question the status quo and take assignments to lead a group of peers on capability improvement initiatives
Ability to translate defined requirements into detailed targeting specifications
Experience with Python, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other database access tools.
