Job Summary

Own the creation of proposals, presentations, and thought leadership collateral while helping steer pursuit strategy and storytelling in collaboration with leadership to align with Gensler’s portfolio and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and thought leadership materials
Create business development and thought leadership collateral with an emphasis on graphic design and visual storytelling
Contribute to and help lead pursuit strategy, planning, and positioning
Build a strong understanding of Gensler’s portfolio, practice areas, and capabilities
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate as an engaged, proactive member of the marketing team

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in marketing within a design or professional services firm
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Ability to collaborate closely with leadership on win strategy and storytelling
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in information design and layout
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with the proposal process (RFP/RFQ) is required

Preferred

Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
