Job Description

Responsibilities\n• Develop Performance-Driven Creative Strategy: Build creative and messaging strategies that grow brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and display with performance insights at the core.\n• Serve as the Creative Strategy Lead for Clients: Guide creative direction and platform best practices in client meetings, with clear rationale behind recommendations.\n• Turn Audience Insights into Creative Direction: Translate consumer mindsets into actionable direction for internal teams across the customer journey.\n• Partner with Media to Drive Creative Performance: Collaborate with media to review campaigns, refine messaging, and improve results using performance data.\n• Manage Creative Launch Pipelines: Coordinate with media partners to ensure on-time deliverables and clear timelines.\n• Lead Creative Briefing and Project Management: Create briefs and manage internal assignments using Asana and Slack.\n• Ensure Quality and Brand Alignment: Review scripts and deliverables to meet brand guidelines and campaign goals.\n• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build workflows that move ideas and feedback smoothly across creative, media, and client teams.
