Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Strategy & Planning
Build and maintain Joint Marketing Plans (JMPs) aligned to AWS and partner business objectives.
Develop partner-specific go-to-market strategies that support pipeline growth, partner differentiation, and cloud adoption.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives based on partner priorities, AWS programs, and market trends.
Act as a trusted advisor to partner marketing leaders and AWS stakeholders.
Campaign Execution
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate activities across digital marketing, content syndication, webinars, events, ABM, and demand generation programs.
Manage agency engagement where appropriate and ensure timely campaign delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, B2B marketing, or related fields.
Experience managing strategic partner relationships within the technology industry, preferably GSI.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing reporting tools.

Preferred

Experience working with AWS, cloud technology providers, OEM vendors, GSIs, SIs, or consulting firms.
Knowledge of MDF programs, partner funding models, and channel ecosystems.
Experience with ABM, executive engagement programs, and partner-led demand generation.
Familiarity with pipeline attribution and partner marketing measurement frameworks.
Experience working with global or multinational partner organizations.
