Own global early inflammation commercialization from strategy to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and a select set of markets to maximize value and patient access.

Own the global strategic vision and cross-functional eCT to align with market, regulatory, and payer needs.
Partner with key markets to shape global strategies and coordinate clinical/regulatory planning.
Drive global brand development and market insights to differentiate and address unmet needs.

Job Description

Develop and execute the commercial strategic vision across Gilead’s early inflammation pipeline, balancing near-term and long-term priorities.
Represent global commercial on a Project Strategy Team and help shape clinical / regulatory strategy and planning in close partnership with cross-functional colleagues.
Establish and lead a cross functional global, early commercial team (eCT) and build integrated global strategies that meet global market, regulatory and payer needs as the pipeline assets advance toward registration, approval and launch.
Create strong and close working relationship with a few key Gilead markets, including ex-US markets, with whom you will partner for the development of global commercial strategies.
Develop the global brand profile and key marketing deliverables, including global brand vision and value proposition, accounting for competitive landscape and potential to differentiate competitively.
Conduct strategic marketing activities including market and competitive research and product positioning in close collaboration with cross-commercial disciplines.
Identify actionable insights based on market research and ensure that the product / brand addresses unmet need areas.
Your ultimate benchmark will be the successful development and execution of global commercial strategies that maximizes the overall value of our assets, while ensuring patient access across the product lifecycle.
