Job Summary

Own and coordinate day-to-day client partnerships, from planning and negotiations to activation and performance analysis, while ensuring organized support across events and communications.

Responsibilities

Strategic day-to-day support of client programs and partnerships
Dedication to detail, by leading the asset and deadline planning, creative approvals and communications with clients and partners
Support on partner/athlete/talent recommendations and negotiations
Support events and activation of partnerships, including pre-event preparation tasks (coordinate staff, activations, guest list, etc.) and live event leadership
Foster collaborative relationships with clients, sports partners, vendors
Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide recommendations for optimizing
Support the building of client meeting agenda building and corresponding notetaking

Requirements

Soccer experience, experience working with FIFA is highly desirable plus
Bachelor's degree
2+ years related work experience
Can-do, solutions-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
Outgoing personality and friendly client/customer-service demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point & Excel skills are strictly required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Spanish (oral and written) is a plus
