Responsibilities

The Email Development Specialist, Senior will report to the Manager, Email Development.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing email journeys covering a wide range of marketing programs.
You will influence the end-to-end operations of building and activating email campaigns for an optimal member and prospect experience while achieving call-center, digital self-service, and digital adoption goals.
You will contribute to the development of tools, processes, and frameworks that advance best practices and deliver successful email marketing programs.
