Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end delivery of assigned performance marketing initiatives, including campaign set-up, stakeholder coordination, agency briefing, creative review, approvals, and launch
Support planning and execution of recurring and seasonal marketing campaigns, including quarterly creative development and partner handoffs
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and deliver clear reporting on forecasts, in-market results, and post-campaign outcomes
Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timelines, quality standards, and performance goals are met
Partner with senior team members on complex initiatives by supporting analysis, execution, performance tracking, and documentation

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with exposure to digital or retail marketing environments
1+ year of hands-on experience supporting performance marketing initiatives (affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into actionable insights
Experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

Experience across performance marketing channels such as affiliate, paid search, paid social, or content marketing
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or comparable platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Experience working with external agencies or vendors
