Job Description

Responsibilities

Set the growth picture (Corp Strategy): Define and maintain the target-state portfolio across (a) service offerings (servitization) and (b) clients (LG → LG affiliates → non-LG), with a clear point of view on where value will come from.
Resource allocation: Translate the vision into where we invest people and budget; build the prioritization framework that decides what we pursue, sustain, or exit.
Opportunity identification & sizing: Use market, competitive, and internal data to surface, size, and pressure-test new business opportunities aligned to the strategy — and hand a prioritized target list to Service Transformation and Strategic Partnerships.
Performance measurement: Own the KPI and measurement framework (weighted pipeline & forecast, client-diversification metrics such as non-LG revenue %, attribution) that shows whether the transformation is delivering.
Ecosystem sourcing: Identify and evaluate platform, AI/tech, startup, and university/talent partners that fill capability gaps for new service offerings.
Partnership development: Structure and negotiate alliances — co-sell, revenue-share, technology integration, referral — from first contact to signed agreement.

Requirements

5–8+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development
Proven ability to move from vision → framework → measurable execution
Comfort operating amid ambiguity in a transformation environment

Preferred

Consulting pedigree (MBB / Big 4 strategy / boutique) or in-house corporate strategy
Marketing, commerce, or agency-model domain knowledge
AI-fluency (using AI tools to accelerate analysis)
Bilingual Korean/English (interface with Korea HQ)
